Chaffoteaux – The energy sector goes digital

World leader on the thermal comfort market Athe Ariston Thermo Group opted to go digital with Touch & Sell. In particular, Chaffoteaux, one of the Group’s brands specialising in production of domestic hot water and heating equipment, which has equipped its salesforces with the mobile presentation app.

Today, Ioana Borcan, Chaffoteaux’s Communication and Trade Marketing Manager, testifies to salespeople’s and the marketing department’s use of the Touch & Sell solution.

Ioana Borcan explains that, for the Chaffoteaux and Ariston brands,

“The challenge was the same: enhancing the two brands' reputation and image while improving our salespeople's effectiveness”.

It was a question of rethinking the way in which salespeople presented the offer during appointments. So the Group wanted to provide its salesforces with 

“A tool that enabled us to make external customers central to the problematics”.

In order to make a success of the project, Chaffoteaux called upon the assistance of two Touch & Sell certified partners. Graphic design and structuring of content were managed by the DigiU Agency, providing an application that met all the brand’s expectations.
MCR consultancy did its part by training sales teams on handling the tool and improving their commercial approach during appointments.
