Délifrance equips itself with a mobile application to support its sales pitch

A four-wheel-drive app adapted to off-road use!

Fabrice Herlax, Chief Marketing & Operations Officer at Délifrance has equipped his company’s sales department with a mobile presentation application to support their sales pitch.

In the context of recruiting new franchise partners in various countries, Fabrice Herlax was looking for a tool that would have no problem loading a significant number of presentation documents.

It had to be an easy-to-use solution usable without Internet connection. Equipping salespeople with a mobile sales-enablement application seemed to be the best way of meeting Délifrance’s needs.

Two of Délifrance’s entities are now equipped with the app dedicated to customer appointments: the team responsible for sales development and prospecting, and the salespeople responsible for managing the opening of new shops.

The two sets of employees have welcomed the new tool and use it on a daily basis. In view of its success, the brand has opened up access to a number of the app’s tree-structure files for Master Franchisees so that they can access the latest information when they have to make a sales presentation. You might say that Délifrance has harmonised its sales pitch!
